lecture going okay, need to keep plugging on. i keep getting distracted by the _bringing them home_ report and vids of ppl turning their back on nelson.

less research, more writing.

(what if someone sends me an offer today?)

itchy - isn't it pretty? v. comfy too.

groteaux - am not! you don't respect my massive amounts of grown-up-ness!

(if they don't i will cry a lot then move to alice springs and live in a cardboard box. that's always been the back-up plan.)

or you could just come back to melbourne and the multitudes that miss you!

(remember the PHD you have waiting for you here, hmmm?)

vta,

ta! you are inspiring. i think i'm right for now - i have to stop researching, cos it's distracting, and who couldn't read about all this history for ever and ever?

the only thing that would be useful is if you could you get me stats on how widely distributed it was, and an idea of audience numbers. but otherwise i will just say "lots and lots!" and that'll do the job.

can you stay at that job for another three years, pls? it would be uber-helpful for my thesis.

itchy,

well, that can be my third back-up plan if the cardboard box thing doesn't work out.

phd back home has gone away, actually. besides, 3 year phd not doing it for me anymore. i like the american style one better - more *thorough*.

you should come here and do yr MA. some department would give you money!
