due to popular demand

please find below an extract from the medieval essay i laboured so hard over.

there were these nuns in a convent in chelles, near paris, in the eighth century who were accomplished scribes, and my essay is about them. my basic question is "how did they get the education and materials to produce manuscripts?" this extract is about their interaction with king charlemagne's court and how this probably helped a lot.

this is about 600w of a much longer essay, so i hope it still makes some sense.
