I don't think so - well not in that photo anyway...
But enuf bare skin to make one worry about, yes, what would happen if one were to hit the road.
itchy - glad i could be of surface. they made my night!
folgrot - oh yes, but think of the joys of the air rushing against your skin and the cries of passerbys. . .
there were a couple of topless bikers on the last critical mass. i overheard one of them saying "resist the warmth of the sweater, brad, resist!"
bbb - some of them were naked, some in lingerie, some partly or fully clothed. east van bike punks obey no rules.
i myself ride in head-to-toe gortex and have no such worries. . .
